What does a project like this actually cost?+
Most of our builds land between $25K and $150K+ depending on size, materials and site conditions. A paver terrace with a fire feature typically starts around $25K; a full outdoor room with a pergola and kitchen usually runs $60K–$150K. Your consultation gives you a real number for your property, not a guess.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes — financing is available for qualified homeowners and can be arranged during your consultation. Many clients build a larger project than planned once they see the monthly options.
How long does a build take?+
Most terraces take 2–3 weeks on site. Larger outdoor rooms and estate projects run 4–8 weeks. You'll get a firm schedule with your final plan, and a dedicated foreman who keeps it.
Do you serve my area?+
We build across Genesee, Oakland and Livingston Counties — including Fenton, Grand Blanc, Linden, Holly, Hartland, Brighton, Howell, Flint, Davison and Clarkston.
Will it hold up to Michigan winters?+
That's the entire reason our base work goes deeper than most. Proper excavation, compaction and drainage are what keep pavers from heaving and walls from leaning. Our Installation Foreman is ICPI certified and a licensed builder.
What if I'm not sure what I want yet?+
That's the most common place to start. Bring rough ideas or inspiration photos — the consultation exists to help you figure out what's possible and what it costs. There's no obligation to move forward.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. The property analysis and design consultation are complimentary with no obligation. You only invest once you've seen the plan and approved the estimate.
